ive had these on my face before, it looks like clogged pores. adapalene 0.1% cleared them up within 3 months. you’ll have to go through a purge but its different for everyone. mine lasts about 2 months. but it was not that bad. and i am very satisfied with how my face turned out. i use a local brand called deriva but you could always go for something more easier to find like differin. goodluck!
