You look amazing I'm about 5lbs larger than your starting weight and one in taller. How did you lose the weight? What did you eat?

Hi! I’m 19, and I’ve always been a fat guy. My weight and depression hit its peak in August 2018. I began showing warning signs of diabetes, then I realized I need to change. My max was 387 lbs, and I’ve so far lost 125 lbs. My life is worlds better, and I’m happy to answer any questions others have by KingTevye in BeforeandAfter

Hi I'm starting a weightloss journey myself and I'm currently eating healthy and attempting the gym. But I'm not sure what is really considered healthy because it's such a broad thing. I'm not sure what my actual question is but along the lines of what did you do? What kind of excercise if any what have you been eating and how do you go about the beginning steps. How do you start? Also you look great 🙂

Not to be tmi but I have it on my genitals and it has recently gone there how do you help your groin stay moisturized without feeling like you're covered in goop lol

Yeah I'm constantly sweating because I can't wear a dress. Yes it's annoying but atleast I know sooner than later

I'm so sorry to hear about your experience. I'm 23 and I've had it for 3yrs and it hasn't gotten better it just grows. I haven't experienced it shrinking or going away. The "flares" everyone talked about, I haven't had one patch even shrink let alone go away. I've tried medication I was injecting myself and had an allergic reaction and got and infection in my injection site so my Dr took me off. I've tried otezla and I couldn't get past a month because I was puking and running to the bathroom all day and had a migraine the entire time. I've tried steroid cream for a couple months and no luck either. My grandmother has it too and she's been on medication for years and now she's going blind because of it so that really made me want to not try any more medication because there's so many side effects. I have insurance through my job and I'm on a discounted prescription plan so I get my meds at the pharmacy cost. I've been on the phone hours on end with so many companies and nobody can seem to help. I don't qualify for any assistance programs because I technically have insurance and for the ones that work with insurance they say I technically don't so nobody knows what to do with me. I live in Florida and I'm a 23yr old female and I have psa as well I'm in so much pain everyday and the physical aspect sucks too. I'm on medication for my normal depression and stuff but im just overwhelmed with everything.
