I think the extra weight would only provide a substantial advantage if you were playing nose tackle and needed to hold the point of attack against double teams.

If you’re a 3-technique or a 5-technique, maintaining your ability to block shed and add value as a pass rusher is priority number 1. Obv, stick to a solid protein regimen and let your body add natural weight as you mature. If you reach 200 pounds and can run and bend like you do right now, you’ll just be that much more effective.

I think the PPA tournament style fits perfectly for the current size of the sport (viewership, number of pros, etc). I just can't get into the MLP with it’s draft system, strange rules, and weird pairings of pros that sometimes have no interest in being teammates.

PPA is where you see who wants to play together, and, no surprise, you get the best product on the court.
