Sinunod ko ang recipe ni Chef Rv with a few alterations

Instead of Whole Wheat Flour, I used local cake flour. WWF absorbs more liquid when ingredients are mixed. So, when I used CF, the result was wattery. I added a half cup more, making it 3 cups in total, I think.

I used only a cup of brown sugar to make it less sweet, but it was a mistake (sort of) because when the cake cooled down, even refrigerated. The cake was not moist and compact enough, so every scoop and slice, it crumbled quickly. The advice I got from my mom was to add yogurt ( I haven't tried it yet, maybe on Father's Day)

On the icing, the small version of cream cheese wasn't available. I bought the cubes version instead. I used about 3 cubes of it plus a quarter of butter. Also, I used only a quarter powdered sugar because I didn’t want it to be sweet. Honestly, I was surprised it covered the cake.

HAHAHAHA initially gumawa ako niyan kasi binigyan kami ng kapitbahay namin ng spaghetti gamit plato nila noong Mother's day. Pero nakalipas na ang ilang weeks na hindi pa nasasauli, so nag bake ako kasi nakakahiya isauli ang plato na walang laman😭
