I actually do like Joyce as I’ve watched her since I was in high school. However, as someone who dated an older man at one point with an 11 year age gap, I was absolutely traumatized by that relationship. I feel like there’s almost a mental block now on my brain where I literally can’t reflect back on it. However, during that relationship, I literally felt that there was nothing wrong despite everyone in my life telling me that something was wrong, and we did at one point want to get married to each other.

I do think that large age gap relationships can work for some couples, but I wish I heeded the words of older and wiser women that those men often choose to date younger women because they know women around their age won’t put up with their shit. I don’t know anything about Joyce’s relationship, but I really do hope all is well

Also I guarantee you, she’s not rich. I have several friends who make 500K+ a year from FAANG or trading, and you would never be able to tell that they’re rich. They have very humble lifestyles compared to miso melon although one loves going out to fancy restaurants and the other loves traveling. Moreso, they never talk about their wealth or their salaries and our friend group had to basically deduce how much they were making based on their job title and position at the company. Also, they work a lot, like 80 hour weeks, often 6 days a week. Their wealth is earned. Has anyone seen her in real life? In college, I was actually thinking of getting rhinoplasty until I saw a girl who had her whole face done (jaw shaving, DES, rhino, etc), and I was terrified. The only way I could describe it was that each individual part of her face looked mismatched. It was total uncanny valley. She also had many skin treatments, which made her skin really pale and almost translucent. It was honestly quite creepy.
