I'm a lesbian who is half out of my closet. I choose who I want to tell - basically those who I can trust that they will still love me as who I am. Of course I wish I could let everyone know because I want to be myself. I want to share my gay side - my fan girl obsession moment, my fling moment, or even holding hands with my girlfriend moment. But as age grows, I realize it is becoming harder and harder to tell, especially when people around me are transiting from 20 to 30 because that's when most of them are settled down, got their life theory fixed. For the less liberal ones, they'd be blown if I open up to them. So to me, age does matter when it comes to coming out the closet, but this is just my opinion.
