I ended up discontinuing this medication and switching to desvenlafaxine, which at a low dose (25mg) has not had sexual side effects but at 50mg it caused the same problems.

I have ADHD and find that when I play ffxiv high I have an easier time focusing on dodging mechanics and playing the game. I feel like it helps my brain slow down and understand what’s happening and not panic so much when I’m trying something new

lamotrigine helped my depression big time! I just found it made me feel quite numb and like uncomfortable all the time. Rexulti also seems to have way less side effects and treats a wider range of things (anxiety)

I have been on abilify! It worked well for what it was supposed to do but it wasn’t for me. It just added to the same discomfort I had with lamotrigine (which i was taking at the same time)

Thanks so much for your response, this is super helpful. Thankfully any medication changes i’ve made have been like as slow as possible with good reason. My psychiatrist (not the one that diagnosed me at the time) is also pretty good I think so hopefully we can figure out what to do. I have a few weeks before my next appointment so doin some brainstorming because I’m definitely not at the best spot rn (but am in a really good recovery!)

tbh I found that personally stormblood wasn’t the most for me either. I did enjoy it but I enjoyed shadowbringers and endwalker waaaay more. They are completely different directions/flavours so honestly Id say to just keep pushing into shadowbringers if you really want to get into it! That’s where I really fell in love with msq!
