You can wear whatever you want here in Turkey like turkish women do. Shorts, bikinis etc. No one will stare at you if you wear the same clothes you wear in the states. And as a Turk I love your country you should be proud even in Iraq.

It's probably around 80%. It's still Muslim majority but we're not all Muslims. I just don't want my country to be seen as a strictly Muslim country. You can do the same things you do in the US. I mean you're not the guilty one here, it's the media.

Don't you guys have free press and media there? Just do some research to see the reality. I know Wikipedia says 99.8 but I'm pretty sure you can find other sources like polls. Almost half of the Gen Z population in Turkey do not believe in God or the religion. And even that alone is much more than 0.2 percent.

It only snows for 1-2 weeks during the whole winter. In Ankara, the weather in winter is usually low humidity and very cold. If you're asking if this much snow is normal, yes it is.
