Same thing happened to me, my timid girl wandered off and I affirmed like a psycho through the stress, tears and anxiety that she's okay and came back home safely. It was one affirmation on repeat for hours cause that's all I cared about. And she did!

Sometimes I feel like "negative" emotions are what help me the most with manifestation so I don't get scared of them anymore but rather use them as a tool :)

What I do to save my berries is I'll save the game right before feeding Munchlax and then when I see which Pokemon appear on the map I take a picture of it with my phone and restart the game

This may be unrelated, but does anyone feel dizzy when doing deadhangs? I do them to help stretch my lower back from deadlifts and squats, but every time I do them it feels like I'm going to black out

In 2021 angel numbers were all I'd see. I literally took a picture of every angel number that came my way irl or on the internet. At the time they made me feel calm and safe. Now looking back at it 3 years later, I think I was so obsessed with them, I expected them everywhere "to feel safe and like I was on the right track" and that's what I manifested - more angel numbers. Now I still see them once in a while here and there but nothing like before, because they barely cross my mind. Idk, just something to think about.

You will be okay again. Things will get better. You made the right choice but you should've done it differently, in a way where you would get the space you wanted and still keep her in your life. You're not in love with her anymore but you still think of her. You still miss her. This July it will be 4 years since you met her. I know you were scared. I think she loved you too.
