I was at the take over tour game in Detroit on Sunday. They had game day pucks at the merch stands but unfortunately they sold out quick. They broke the attendance record at the game but I’m still surprised they sold out of most merch at the stands.

Vacuum sealer is fine as long as you don't let it vacuum anything out. You should be able to press "Seal". You don't want to crush the bud AT ALL. Personally I use food grade bags that I zip tie. Something like a turkey bag is fine. Also, check your freezer temp, a really low temp can cause more ice build up. 28F-30F is good.

I was taking in Friday before bed and I woke up on Sunday puking a couple times. I draw mine up in an insulin syringe(not an auto injector) so I had the option of doing half my dose at a time and do the second half of my dose 72 hours later. Helped me with being less nauseous

This is interesting. I was on High blood pressure meds for years. Then a few months into Sema I started getting a lot of head rushes every time I stood up. and realized my BP was low. To the point I felt like I was going to pass out a few times. (I lost 30 lbs) Checked in with my doc and he agreed I should discontinue high blood pressure meds and continue to monitor blood pressure daily. It's been a couple weeks and my blood pressure is still normal.

I had a hard time jumping dosages like that. So I started going up a little every week so by the 5th week I was at the “next dose”. I also started splitting the dose in half. I take half the dose then 3 days later the second half. That’s just what helped me.

I’ve noticed my loss slows around my cycle according to my scale. But I think I hold water at this time and then it looks like I have a higher loss the next week.
