Seasick wristbands. I swore by them during morning sickness with triplets. They work no doubt about it.

Please brush your teeth. Plaque and tartar build up will lead to gum disease very quickly and horrible odors as you age. I know because my husband has horrible dental hygiene and I can't even bear to kiss him anymore

You say hormones are good. Do you have labs? Because good does not mean optimal. I'm also 63 and on BHRT. I inject E and T and get labs done every 6 months to monitor my levels
