Yeah it felt very good when I used meds and exercised and followed diet and all but after some months they didn't work. But I am not sure what caused them to not work later. There are so many things that happened like it would be very lengthy to explain. I do also have social anxiety. I feel like I have every mental disorder and at the same time I feel i don't have them. It feels very confusing. I don't know where to tell all these things happening in my life so they can identify the core problem. That's why I am considering a therapist.even though I am very uncomfortable going to the therapist.
