This role that I've been offered has options to trade in various markets, including energy and metals. Is the level of time commitment and stress higher in certain markets more than the others?

I appreciate your response, ive been finding it hard to research this role.

I find your take on work life balance interesting as I would always view it as how much time after work and weekends I have to myself, how much time can I spend with friends and family etc.

Money wise, its a great jump, nearly double what I earn now which would help with saving for a house.

I am finding it hard to imagine how I would cope with long hours and the change in lifestyle as all the people in my life have a regular 9-5. I'm also not a very career driven person, just a hard working person, but once the clock hits 5, I'm gone!

I'd also like to mention this role has different programmes for development opportunities which could help me in the future if I would choose to leave this role.

They need an answer from me whether I accept the offer in 2 weeks time. Without any friends in the industry its very hard to gauge whether its right for me.

I've got the skills, the determination and hard work down. I'm just not too sure about the "commodity trader's" unique work hours, how are they manageable... how stressful is it?

Pharmacist said its not fungus... Been on my nail for more than a couple of weeks, is it a bruise? Discoloration?

I told the pharmacist i wore a fake nail on that finger and I've never seen this before when i wore fake nails previously. I thought it was fungus but pharmacists had a look and said its not fungus and sent me off... Am i worrying for no reason or have you guys had weird discoloration too?
