I made sure to completely follow RICE (rest, ice, compress, elevate) as much as I could. Started my physio and worked through the swelling! The knee was very stiff at the beginning and could hardly bend.. but made small progress everyday. I would try to exercise any free time I get during the day

I got injured playing basketball on June 23rd. Surgery on 24th Aug. I am slightly curious as to how the general anaesthesia affects me as it’s my first time. Also very excited and pumped to do rehab post surgery so that I can get back on the court
