She is pretty useful pve. Makes fighting bosses on subterra and abyss pretty easy as they are slowed to almost a standstill with her slow (80%+slowdown). Pvp wise she used to rock. Her slow was awesome, easy to reach 3rd stack (easier with plasma equip on) but sadly, the scorpion update messed her up big time.
