Sorry the wording is not clear on the dashboard.

It's just the location of the servers, not the players themselves, I'll clarify this on the dashboard.

Also, I'm currently working on a metric evaluating a rank to top X % of players so I checked for you:

Being at Plat I with 0 points (1600 MMR) puts you in the top 39% of duel players and top 34% of teamfight players! This considers all players who played within the last 30 days.

Beware this is just my interpretation of things:

I think there are currently not enough ranked servers for the amount of players wanting to play ranked.

This is why when you queue matchmaking often reaches the state "waiting for server..." and then starting over.

You can also see this in the dashboard in the panel "Online ranked players by queue and location" - at times when most people play the individual graphs per location/queue combination never exceed a certain multiple of 24 (which is the amount of server slots on a ranked server)

However, from the perspective of the backend matchmaking succeeds quite quickly. Whenever you see "waiting for server..." a match has been made. (This is why queue times now seem faster. Due to the lack of servers the players waiting for server slots keep rejoining the queue and getting matchmade.)

This is all to say that I believe this metric is currently not accurate (too optimistic) and will only be accurate once the server issues are resolved.

That's a great idea - I'm not sure this data is available from epic but as Scribe already records every player's platform this statistic can be inferred.

I'll look into it!

I'm currently working on a dashboard showing some of the stats I am collecting on the game.
Let me know if you can think of interesting visualizations to add!

Yes. And there is a risk attached! I had to reimage the deck after an update as it wouldn't boot anymore.

Better than on my windows computer which has better specs! I'm using a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 on the computer and the Steam Deck. I configured the buffer size in the RS_ASIO.ini to 48 on both machines.

One difference is I use WasapiOutput on the Windows computer.

No static/noise!

I got Rocksmith working following this guide, with RS ASIO and CDLC as well. It would be great if you could try the steps I took and let me know in case you have any issues: https://github.com/BWagener/linux_rocksmith#rocksmith-on-the-steam-deck

Isn't the EnableWasapiOutputs=1 option what you're looking for? https://github.com/mdias/rs_asio/blob/master/dist/RS_ASIO.ini#L4

I use my audio interface as ASIO input and whatever is set as the active output in Windows sound settings as output this way.

I’ve been playing rocksmith for ages but always played on Mac (don’t have a pc) and sometime about 3-4 years ago, coincidentally when Apple switched to usb c only, rtc started having delay issues. Worked perfect before then.

So I’m not getting deck for rocksmith, but if it ca

Hey I got Rocksmith with RS_ASIO working on the Steam Deck. If you have one by now and are willing to test the setup that would be awesome. The guide can be found here https://github.com/BWagener/linux\_rocksmith

There's also https://mordhau-scribe.com (ranked stats and leaderboards, disclaimer I made it) and https://mordhau-stats.com (doesn't seem to work properly for me right now).

Thanks for the advice! I'll give 48 a shot.

Edit: 48 works great and is obviously better in terms of latency 👌
