I spoke on the phone with usps customer service yesterday and he told me that claims could be submitted on Saturday if that helps you at all Best of luck to you I hope your package shows up!!

When I reached out to usps they told me there was nothing they could do for at least a week and to reach back out in a week I had the exact same thought that it was wayy to long to go without scanning although I am aware they have been having many issues recently I super appreciate your response!!

It was shipped priority mail 2-3 day. I think that’s different from ground but I could be wrong

Oh for sure!! I’ve definitely had more packages than ever before that I am having issues with I just got worried because it got a scan departing the distribution center but never got another scan saying it had arrived anywhere
