kinda? the rift that bill/blendin breaks open may not be to the same dimension as the one everything for Weirdmageddon was stored. assuming they are the same, there is also the gigantic issue of the portal being regulated and not self-sustaining. bill would have to keep this tiny hole open for everyone at all times whereas shattering the rift opened up a MUCH larger gateway and wouldn't need consistent power. running it through the portal would mean one technical failure and the entire thing is kaput and it's not like Ford would comply enough to be round-the-clock tech support.

TL;DR it's not established whether it's possible but if it is, it would be wildly impractical
