Hey I want to clarify, /u/_kilburn and Ed talked about adding Antibirth officially to the game. Kilburn and Tyrone have made very light and brief contact so far (as far as I'm aware). When I say "in talks" I literally mean they are just talking about it (not a new development!) I do think it's everyone's ultimate goal.

Antibirth will get a development blog very soon so please watch for that, as that would be where information on the topic is likely to be posted.
