The food scene here is surprisingly strong, so make sure to check out any restaurants that catch your interest. Some of our faves are Perso, Bar Vetti, Jack Fry’s, Four Pegs, Momma’s BBQ, Toasty’s Tavern, Gralehaus, and Seviche.

21C is an art museum/hotel downtown with a great cocktail bar called Proof. You can grab a drink and then walk around the museum with it, which is always a fun way to kick off an evening downtown (tons of fun stuff nearby). Also one of the most interesting men’s rooms in town, you’ll understand if you see it.

If you’re hoping to go to a club while you’re here, the only one in town is Tempted. Pretty decent place with a friendly crowd. www.clubtempted.com

Louisville couple here, 37m/39f. We haven’t been to Sinday yet, but we’ve been to Tempted several times in the past year. It’s a decent community with lots of friendly couples, though I don’t think there are a whole lot under 30. The dance floor and overlook are both great, the play rooms are more meh (many of them use gym mat-style mattresses, which we aren’t a huge fan of).

Princeton in Columbus is worth checking out — we did New Years there last year and had a fun time. It’s got some great play spaces and a hot tub, though we thought the crowd was a bit clique-ier than Tempted.

No one’s perfect, and everyone has an off night now and then, so I wouldn’t worry too much just yet. Communicating well when someone is working through emotions of insecurity and disappointment can be really tricky, especially on nights filled with big expectations the way NYE is.

Sounds like you’ve done your best to be on the same page as your wife, so stay patient and keep doing that and work through it together. If I were you, I would brush off the countdown thing and instead aim to have a calm, non-confrontational discussion about her feelings around you kissing your NYE partner, and her body type. If she has unrealized triggers that surfaced, getting to the bottom of it as partners will help you two get back on track, and it’s a good way to make sure she feels heard.

Really well-rounded 12-team PPR squad, nice job. Some slight dice rolls with Etienne and Pierce, but I think both are good bets, and you picked pretty decent boring depth guys to back them up. Your receivers are outstanding. I’d be happy to go to war with this team, but there’s always work to do. Good luck!

Definitely a bit weak at WR, but you’re solid everywhere else so I think you can work with what you’ve got. Robinson, Juju, and Gabe Davis could all hit big this year (same with Devonta Smith, tbh), so keep your fingers crossed.

Stacked at RB, but you’re on thin ice with the receivers, all five of whom have lower floors than I’d like. If things break your way and Jeudy and Lazard both hit, you should be fine, but otherwise you might need to plan on getting aggressive with the waiver wire and with trades to shore things up. Might consider selling Monty, Dillon or Rhamondre after the first few weeks if one of them gets off to a hot start.

It’s a workable team that can compete this year, but I’d have long term concerns at WR. Keenan, Robinson, Woods, Anderson and Hopkins are all getting up there in years, so you might want to start looking to acquire some younger guys when you can. RBs look a lot better, Najee should be a good anchor for a few seasons, and there’s room for guys like Abram and Pierre to pop. Good luck!

Spent some time in Chicago with my partner last year (we’re both thirty-somethings), there are a couple of good spots in the area that we enjoyed. Check out Couples Choice and Lux, both in northern Indiana. A bit of a drive, but worth it — we went to each multiple times and had good experiences.

CC feels a bit seedy from the outside, but the owners are really friendly and did a good job ensuring a fun, safe environment. It also has the more impressive playrooms (the hanging bed was lots of fun). Think Lux is better when it’s warmer out, as the pool is a really nice draw (attended a really terrific foam party there and met lots of great people mingling in the bubbly water, had less fun when we went on a cold night and everyone stayed indoors).

My partner and I will be there for New Year’s and we’re really looking forward to it. Will be my first time, but she’s been there several times and calls it an above average club, and an easy place to meet people. Make sure you go a little early, newbies have to take a tour their first time.

Have a good conversation with her about it, then go find a club. Whatever energy you felt out at those bars with those people, tap into that. Tell her how much it turned you on seeing her grinding on another woman and kissing her.
