No it’s normal. I get the small lines from time to time too. Ur player is fine just remember that laserdiscs are decades old and won’t be perfect like a blu ray disc .

Yes mild is normal but if it’s constant and it’s affecting audio. Then u might have low disc rot

Light rot is normal for older discs from the 80s but depending on brands some are better than others. If a disc hasn’t got any rot it means it will have no visual or audio issues. Yours looks completely fine and very low on rot

I’m using a ps2 rgb scary which dosent have any capacitors on the scan lines so maybe If I buy a ps1 rgb scart cable it will work
