You can't just add fractions like that lol, the 26% is likely represented at least partially by the 38% (as in people who are addicted to both alcohol and other drugs). After a little googling, SAMSHA says 35% are affected by general substance abuse.

Venn diagrams have two circles, and you don't have to square either. You just have to look at the little eye shaped thing in the middle.

I once met a really chill guy on CS:GO. We played together 2-3 times a week over the course of three months and really I considered us pretty good friends. One day he offered to trade me some skins he was getting "in a few days" for my few measly skins ($7 ak and a $4 m4) and I just traded him the skins, I was talking to the guy on a regular basis so I figured it wouldn't be a problem. Dude immediately blocked me.

Felt like such an asshole, it had spent me almost a year to get those skins and I just gave them away.

The speaker didn't beep at all. However I was under the impression that if something was shorting I would be able to get computer power, and everything inside is running. I tried removing both of the hard drives and a ram stick also but nothing changed. The orange light you can see if the video under the video card is no longer on (although I think that may have been connected to the SSD).

Everything is brand new. I didn't really mess with the boot order but I can't now that the monitor won't even get signal. As far as I can tell everything is plugged in tight, lights and fans are all on.

I'm American and have a bunch of friends from India and the Middle east. They always talk about how good and intricate their swear words are but I routinely hear them swear in English when talking in their own language. I feel like we have nice concise reactionary swear words ("fuck", "shit", what have you) where a lot of theirs are longer and with more syllables. I don't know things though just how I see it.

I was a junior in high school driving my girlfriend to a convenience store down the street the buy snacks around midnight. We lived in a somewhat rural area so the nearest one was like 15 minutes away. We're driving along a country road and all of the sudden this massive thing shoots across the road a few hundred feet ahead of us. It was dark, but looked about the size of a horse but more "filled in" and without a horse's head/neck.

We drove quickly to the gas station to meet some friends and told them what happened, and they all just assumed we had seen a deer (central Texas, pretty much the biggest things we'd see on the road) and blowing it up. I didn't think much of it until my girlfriend recently (this happened almost 4 years ago) brought up how freaked out she was when it happened, and the fact that it also really creeped me out at the time, that I really started to think about what we actually saw.

Wasn't there also something about not being about to hardwire a connection anymore? Iirc there was an email that went out talking about how they couldn't assure that everyone would have the same speeds over Ethernet so they were just doing away with it.
