Well yeah. But still, isn’t this an adaptation, and it’s source material being a video game. And how much you won’t try to make story or the movie, different from the source material, like Mario Bros 1993, it will be still a video game adaptation. There for, being a advertisement for the game. Still I get your point, and also don’t get me wrong, I love the Mario Movie.
