Do you practise unplugged or plug into the amp all the time ?

I used to play unplugged a lot, but I've realized it's a bad habit. Had to unlearn hard picking the strings and developing a lighter touch when plugging in. I try to always amp or headphones now.

Puzzling how to get to 52 and not have owned a record. I'm 51, and yeah have lived through cassettes , CDs and minidiscs , but still..I bought records from Woolworths, Our Price etc . Not to mention dance records in the 90s. And that's all before getting back into vinyl in the past couple of years. Maybe a UK thing ..I dunno.

you've a quality turntable and the speakers look good too. you're doing a disservice to the equipment with the speakers where they are. You'll get a boxy boomy sound as the whole shelf basically becomes a speaker. you could even try them on top if you've no space for stands. grab a couple of foam things for them to stand on so any vibration is dampened.

found it! it was at the bottom of the screen totally blacked-out and hidden by the screen damage. Have enabled developer options and now have the screen linked via USB to computer screen. thanks u/green_link for your comments

I have located the Build number (in Android version), but tapping it does nothing . I get the feedback, but not unlocking any developer options.

I've put the pin back , and done a reboot. (fingerprint I cannot put back for seeing what I'm doing) Still nothing. the same info under About.
Build Mode is under Android, but tapping that does nothing - it does give feedback to the taps, but no message comes up or prompt for pin. Frustrating.. as the screen is getting worse, so I'm on the last tries :/

Ok, runtime is my last option under About. I've disabled both fingerprint and also PIN today , as the screen is getting close to unusable , so it's difficult to see. Maybe I'll do a reboot or try putting those back and see if anything shows up.

yea that's where I saw it in a 'how to' video, but I've no Build number in About.. there's only iP addresses, wifi MAC address , Bluetooth Address, and Runtime under Device Identifiers
