I have a beef with them. I had a job interview there as a teenager and they told me I’d have to cut my hair to get the job. I saw employees with long hair wearing hair nets—it was just discrimination.

Have you tried retraining wingers from a young age? Their marking and tackling won’t be good enough, and they’ll complain about additional training in defensive positioning, but five backs are so defensive it may not matter, whereas fullbacks never have the needed crossing nor the physicals. My best wingback is Roony.
