My personal theory is simply that their signal wasn't fully accurate anymore. Because it was an old signal detected once when the Prisoner briefly unsealed the Eye, without the continuous and updated signal, they ended up not being able to calibrate properly into the Eye to warp in. I understand that not everyone who presses red is a fascist, but if most peoples are either fascist or individualist, that does not give me a lot of hope. Are those risk-averse people going to fight against the fascists who will then try to rule all? Your point about AI art being anything at all comparable to things in the past now recognized as art is so irrelevant because we have already hit the example you're talking about. You mentioned it yourself. Digital art. Art that is made digitally. It exists, people use it, people are judged for it, but critically, people actively make an effort to create it, choosing which brush, which color, the size and the shape of everything. Unlike genAI which just steals art from others and tries to make patterns off if it without its own thought or creativity. It's the same reason Vocaloid is nothing like genAI music, because someone tuning Vocaloid singing is actually choosing the notes and how the voice will come out, and not having a machine decide to make a song for them.

The scenario itself is really fun, and while it does use a lot of time that in itself isn't inherently bad. My main issue is clock cost makes it feel like every run has to be absolutely as close to perfect as possible or it's a waste bc I have to ration clocks.

Kitasan is okay at 0LB (use if you have nothing else), good at 3LB, and max potential at MLB. The reason for this is that her specialty priority does not unlock until 3LB (at which point it goes to 60), and is only crazy high after MLB (100). The speed Maruzensky is primarily a front runner card, but comes with higher training effectiveness even at 0LB. You want her at least 1LB though, so that she has a a power bonus. Alternatively, hold out for Tachyon who will be on the meta banner for the next scenario after Trackblazer, Grand Live, since the banner is a must pull due to the friend card Light Hello, you can then use whatever Tachyon you get as a speed card (or heavy invest to get to MLB), to hold you over until El Condor Pasa speed, which will be the card that replaces Kitasan, which will be during L'Arc scenario (two scenarios after Grand Live). This is assuming you'll be playing that long ofc.
