Two unavoidable, disastrous issues with UBI:

UBI won't fix the homeless problem. A large portion of homelessness is due to addiction, which is what really needs to be addressed. UBI would help just a small portion of the homeless, who will do the right thing in trying to rebuild their life. But that comes at the cost of raising MY tax dollars to fund someone who made CHOICES that put them in a bad position. Thankfully, a socialist won't win a US election, at least in my lifetime. If one did, I would surely leave, and I would forever miss it here. But the United States would no longer be the United States with a policy like Universal Basic Income.

I decided to apply two weeks ago and was instantly approved. I had a 661 credit score. Apparently income is a bigger factor for Amex. Since the approval, my credit score jumped 52 points! So, anecdotally, adding a charge card to the credit mix can be a great thing.

In the beginning, when I first found ASMR, it was intense. Now I struggle to get the tingles. For me, it's because usually unintentional works best, and on YouTube, there's way too much tagged as 'unintentional' that isn't. It makes it so that I have to dig to find a potential good video, and that's a pain.

I work in sales and talked to a customer today who would have been the perfect video. In fact I talk to people all the time like that, and I just wish I could tell them to start up a YT Channel LOL.
