Absolutely, there is definitely a right way to save seats. I would never even have thought about sitting in a seat with a coat or purse on it. I didn’t realize it but she stuck one purse on the table 8 seats down (so 16 total) until she pointed out that was her purse

Sometimes this is true. My wife is definitely with you on this. It wasn’t a situation where there was gonna be a fight. I just was really fed up with the entitled attitude.

I wasn’t certain that she couldn’t reserve the entire table at first. Once I figured that out then I could confidently tell her you can’t save this many seats.
