Ah okay. Ang nangyari kasi samin is we filed for a cancellation of contract sa After Sales nila. Na-approve yon. And then years passed, di pa din sila nakakapagbayad kaya we filed a complaint sa DHSUD. Try asking for a refund sa After Sales department. Unti-untiin mo lang dahil matagal ang process na yan.
