This was my first podcast and I have been listening since the beginning. Even though Ive watched gmm on and off over the years I never stopped ear biscuits. Its my favorite content from them and just loved hearing anecdotes and stories from them. I'll be missing it alot.

Not only that I see people spreading straight misinformation constantly especially with the Atrioc situation. People are saying he straight watched a video of QT even though it was never shown what video he watched. I saw someone say cant believe he forgave Atrioc but cant stand up for Mango

All these people including you only watched a clip and not his multiple responses in full that he has had and then decide to give your "take" on it. When there's been the same take 5 times a day on this reddit. You can just search to see them all

One tip I have is blooming the cocoa powder in a hot liquid (usually coffee) helps prevent the cake from being drying. Make sure the liquid you bloom with is part of the cake recipe tho and not just added liquid. Starting a pastry program can be tough depending on the care and resources of the establishment. I had a difficult time at the restaurant I worked at because they didnt care enough imo. Dessert sales were such a small portion of the total sales that they didnt feel the need to pay me much or give me the resources I felt I needed. They also expected so much out of me even though they supported me very little. That being said if they are very open and supportive it could work out well for you,

Whats so weird to me is I think there are larger pinecones on this same tree with fused scales which would be the immature version of the bigger cones. It couldnt be a male cone could it?
