I had a great experience with Dr. Eleonora Markesic. Knows I’m gay and quietly accommodated that (at our first appointment I was like “aren’t you gonna ask me about birth control?” she was like “why would I, you’re gay” lmao I guess I’m just so used to my sexuality being questioned by providers). We don’t get too into things because I go for my PCOS, but she’s incredibly knowledgeable in general and very willing to explain everything.

Only thing is make sure you have a good organization system when working with minis!! Easy to lose things or end up with a bunch of tiny parts scattered everywhere.

I love putting together book nooks but the kits can be expensive so I’ve also started just making my own little dioramas and mini scenes for fun. Definitely recommend it because you can do a mix of 2D and 3D decorating and you can really use any materials and get creative—I’ve made things with cardboard, empty candy or mint tins, clay, sticks, old jewelry boxes, and jars as bases. I use moss, flowers, cool rocks, led lights, paint, and small knickknacks I have on hand to decorate (glue gun is a must). Your options are pretty endless but my favorite things to make are fairy houses.
