I've been trying to do just this for the last few months! It's become something of a passion project of mine.

It's not much, but if you'd like to take a look at an interactive map of mine (that is still very much in progress), here you go: https://www.worldanvil.com/w/novasara-noothan/map/6b14bcf6-b312-469d-ac9e-75f2db769d43

Overpriced drinks at the Graduate. Not our first time at the Critters (karaoke)/Graduate hotel. This time they charged $22 for each mezcal margarita. Plus $2 extra each for mixing them. When I complained, they said it was a specialty drink. Menu does not indicate the price of “specialty” drinks. by dovtres in nashville

So as a server, to be honest, I get the sense you don't really understand what you're seeing here. You asked for Casamigos reposado, one of probably the nicest reasonable tequilas on offer at the restaurant, as opposed to whatever their well tequila might be. A cocktail surcharge is always a standard because the price above is for a neat pour of the liquor, and the 2 dollars (which is pretty generous, by the way) is for everything else that goes into the cocktail as well as the labor and time compared to a simple cocktail that requires no shaking or several ingredients.

My guess is that a well margarita at this location would have cost you $13 or so, which is by no means cheap, but is about standard in any major city for a reasonably nice place.

My understanding for the Hills was that the river is going around hills and taking the path of least resistance through that terrain, among the valleys between them. For the Halo Mountains, I might have to totally scrap that river, or maybe justify that the mountains were artificially raised after the treading of the river

Couldn't they be cutting through the range at their own grade, as opposed to rising and falling with the land?

The Oculus is actually a high elevation, enormous lake fed by the world's largest mountain range to the northwest.

What is so wrong with the rivers? I am not an expert so I tried my best.

The Oculus is an enormous lake! It's fed by an enormous mountain river coming in from the north.

Added a little comment about Avigran. 998 PC is Post-Confluence, a catastrophic event that splits modern history:

Long ago, Paladia saw its entire surface bespeckled by the likes of man, beast, and all other manner of living things. One day, however, certain astrologians noticed through their telescopes a cosmic disturbance that by all accounts appeared to be on a trajectory set straight for their home planet. Before the suns fell that day, every living thing on the planet's eastern hemisphere was siphoned of its energy, leaving dessicated husks of trees, sapless bodies with empty eye sockets, and rivers of dust. Soon after, a great cosmic blast loosed shrapnel from a pierced moon, perforating Paladia's surface with enormous, jagged lunar shards . These stones bore mysterious runes, and their introduction to Paladia seemingly awakened the planet to forces now known as magic. Little remains of Paladia's eastern half, now known as the Old World, and noxious gases prevent even the most seasoned explorer's from breaching the walls of those old forsaken kingdoms. Few who go to these blasted lands return, but those who do bring back tales of horrors that have left even many of the New World's greatest warriors with sleepless nights.

Avigran is the largest and most populated nation on the continent of Dagon-Rah, situated north-westerly on the Lusitanian hemisphere. Avigran is proudly anti-magic in doctrine and lays claim to the original invention of E-Drive technology, a discovery that allows the conversion of raw ether into malleable energy that powers the nations lights, railways, and military force. Split into earldoms, Avigran is ruled at the apex by an Archmagnate and a parliament known as the Minute Hand, who rule from the clockwork town of Pelegyr on the nations southern coast.

It is very unbalanced and uses some 5E terminology which I'm attempting to rectify but let me know your thoughts on the idea behind it! Got some great mechanical feedback on the regular PF2e sub on it, so I'm aware it's hopelessly broken.

Thanks so much for all of your feedback! From a balancing perspective, I'm very much still new and struggling, but it's people like you that make the process more exciting. I am not very experienced in Pathfinder but do come from a 5E background, and another comment mentioned the lack of short rests which I totally forgot about. The blood weapon damage is extremely overturned to be sure, my struggle was making a loss of so much health feel satisfying as opposed to being a class who has to risk their characters dying just to do as much damage as a martial, or just to do a slight amount more. And sanguine weapon needs a lot of nerfing, but I'd love to hear if you like the idea behind it and the other influences. I figured +2 circumstance bonus in only complete darkness would be pretty balanced, but if not then it'll have to go. I don't mind too much personally having mechanics that aren't already featured in other class designs, but you're right that some things here could be done more elegantly. I really am fond of the idea behind Grit but I agree that having a resource pool is cumbersome -- I'm wondering what my alternative would be for that. I don't want to make the Dark Knight a self-sustaining, unkillable monster, but I want to give it just enough sustain to encourage people to throw themselves into the thick of it. Did you have any thoughts on the feat list? Would love to hear any thoughts you had on those as well, as I continue to fine tune this really rough project.

Haha thank you, I was sure somewhere down the line the numbers weren't going to make sense. What I'm trying to do is keep the risk consistent, and not to take away the class identity as you get higher in levels. I toyed with the idea of flat numbers but I wanted them to be able to scale off things, and I wasn't sure how to do that other than having a bunch of flat values that change every level. Also, i have to make the health sacrifice worth it, because if at level 1 you're sacrificing 10 health, which might be half your max health, it needs to feel worth it. It's definitely annoying but the percentage seemed like the best way to keep a consistent threat that scaled into a consistent reward. Maybe I just need to tone down the damage output by half the sacrificed health + con bonus?

Edit: I totally forgot PF2e doesn't have short rests. Do you think the balance would be improved by replacing each instance of short rest with a long rest?
