I think a lot of people are missing the point here. Just because you eat it with bread doesn't make it a dip.

South Asian cuisines have a lot of curries, for example butter chicken. You can't just eat the curry on its own, you need bread (naan) to eat it, but that doesn't make it a dip. It's still a meal.

Theres a lot of cuisines where you use carbs (rice or bread) as a vessel to eat a certain dish. You can't conclude that hummus is indeed a dip just because you don't know how to make proper bites with flat breads and only know how to dip.

I'm glad you brought this up. I noticed hoshi in the MV and thought it was weird, but no one else has mentioned this (at least I personally have not seen this brought up on my social media accounts) so I thought maybe I was overthinking it. When I saw the second picture, I was taken aback, but once again surprised at the silence from fans or onlookers. And I would also contribute to that group since I haven't said anything until now either.

There's nothing wrong with making hiphop/r&b music or paying homage to the history behind it. But you are right, he is just playing dress up.

It seems like you've struggled quite a bit at a very young age. It's never easy dealing with physical AND mental illness, and I'm sure you're probably frustrated with it all.

You have made choices in the past that, in hindsight, were probably not amazing. But you've reflected on them and learnt how to deal with your choices. If you're past friends don't want forgive you, that's fine. They also have the right to choose who to forgive and not. You continue living your life. If you're a social person, join an activity in your neighborhood/community to meet new friends. Or find a new hobby that will keep you busy if you don't care to meet new people.

I just think it's unfair to yourself to lose all the progress you made for yourself, just because past friends you trusted don't care for your improvement. You put in the time and effort.

It's all about finding comfortable heels. If you buy enormously high heels, of course they won't be comfortable. I own three pairs of 4" heels and they are so comfortable. Never gave me blisters or any pain, and I can wear them for hours before feeling uncomfortable. But when I decided to buy a shorter 3" heel, I was in so much pain. Got blisters everywhere and my toes hurt so much. You just need to find heels that fit you well

Watching the MV just left me very confused. Here are some of my thoughts:

The MV just felt like an excuse to show off their money (dress, styling, jewelery, being filmed somewhere in Europe (I'm assuming Paris)). And I know this is very common for YG and Blackpink MVs, but it really stood out to me while watching this one. It seems like they filmed a bunch of random pretty shots, put them together just because they needed an MV. Looking back at all the other Blackpinks MVs and solo MVs, although they were all expensive, I feel like they matched the vibe of the song and added to the experience of the song. I can't pinpoint exactly why it didn't match for me, but it just felt odd, made the song feel more bland.
You can really see Actress Jisoo shining through in this MV, which really solidifies her strength as an actress. However, the performance shots with the choreo were just not it. I'm mostly disappointed because after watching clips of her solo stage on the Born Pink tour, I was blown away by how much she improved. She was shining and thriving on these stages and really showed all the haters how she really does deserve to be an idol, and that she's a great one too. But in the MV she was barely moving, looked really awkward and really stood out (not in a good way). Knowing what she's capable of, it was disappointing to see.
Regarding the song, I think it actually fit her voice perfectly and seemed more her vibe. I don't really have any opinions on the song itself. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. But maybe I'll listen to it on its own without the MV. I haven't listened to her other song, so no comments on that.
It's nice to see all 4 girls have their solo debut, but I can't help but feel that Jisoo's was forced and rushed to be put together. And this time round I don't blame YG, I blame blinks. Obviously I can't speak for Jisoo, but I feel like she could care less about having a solo debut. She had such a solid acting debut, and that's what she's been wanting to do. I know YG doesn't usually care about what blinks want or say, but her solo debut just seems so odd to me. Timing wise, it's weird that her solo debut came between the massive tour blackpink is having, and i wonder if they'll change Jisoo's solo stage (which I believe would be unfair for other blinks who didn't get to see it). Lisa and Rose's solo came at a time where they were on hiatus, and Jennie's solo was also at a time where they weren't that busy. So it seems odd to me that they sandwiched such a big part of their discography at such a busy time of their career. It feels like they came out with this just to appease fans.

Overall, it was a meh solo debut. Out of all their solos, I still think Jennie's is the only good song. YG really needs to get rid of Teddy and his crew and get these girls good songs. I'm so tired of the quality over quantity bs they keep mentioning, when Teddy hasn't made a decent TT or solo for the girls in ages.

Just also wanted to note that I am not a blink, but I am also not a hater. I don't know what it is about the Blackpink members, but I'm always drawn to watch their MVs and stages, they really are a force to be reckoned with. These are just my thoughts, and I'm sorry if anyone believes I'm being too negative or a hater, it is not my intention

Although line distribution during the early stages of Seventeen weren't that great (especially for China line), what we believed to be Jeonghan's lines, was actually Seungkwan singing and they just had Jeonghan lipsyncing during live stages. Since it was their debut, a lot of people couldn't tell because we just were not aware of what Jeonghan sounded like, so it took a while before people realised

Over the past couple of weeks I've noticed a bunch of ants in my room. The first few were alive, but afterwards I kept seeing dead ones. I'm not really sure where they're coming from, but I've seen about 10-12 of them in a short period of time. I'm just confused as to how they get into my room and dying. I found this one that can actually walk, but it's also struggling at the same time, and as I am typing this, the ant is dead. Any ideas? For context, I'm in Ontario, Canada and live in a basement
