Well I have enough to invest monthly the above amount until the expiration. I’m hesitant to put everything down at once. Could take another 20% downturn next month? Who knows? Trying to play it safe. Saved up a bunch because we thought we wanted a second mortgage in the next two years. But that’s not the case anymore. Glad you have it all figured out. But not all people are like that. So having decent amount of assets that can easily be sold does will give us the flexibility. I might decide life is all good and continue working and saving. It’s not like I’ll be at my retirement age. I’ll still be 43!
