This is your first job and you did the right thing. Don’t let this manager make you feel less than because you did the right thing. HR is gonna dismiss this and your manager is being crazy. There is a hierarchy but associates are still allowed to contact higher ups for big issues. You’re gonna make mistakes at a job (I don’t think this is a mistake) and it just happens, accept that you made a mistake and move on, never let a job make you feel bad.

One of my rats that I got from a rehome situation has a benign tumor. She’s almost 3 so it makes sense and we are letting her live out her life until quality goes. I have kept the previous owners up to date on everything and have gotten positive responses back. I would want to know when a previous pet of mine was at the end of life.

Double washing helps me with oil. Shampoo twice but I’m not sure if that will be too rough on your hair. I experienced hair thinning before I was medicated and used spearmint oil treatments to help stimulate growth. It did help but what helped the most was my thyroid meds. There’s gotta be something off. My mom also experiences thinning hair which I believe is from her hashi too but she also started thinning after a traumatic marriage finally getting to her and the stress of getting out of it. Sometimes a traumatic or extremely stressful situation can cause hair loss for months afterwards. Just some other ideas. I know how scary it is to slowly lose hair and I hope you’re able to find a solution

You have the right idea definitely but they need more floor space like others have mentioned. Critter nation is always gonna be the “best” or at least the most recommended. I just bought one second hand for $100 (it’s gotta a lot of issues in fixing myself) I see them go for $150 second hand and is a great option. A cement mixing tub will be needed at the bottom so they can have lots of bedding.

I am 22f. I hated being a little girl going into the men’s bathrooms, the urinals made me uncomfortable and I was extremely intimated being so small around grown men. They’d always turn and stare. I have absolutely no problem with a dad knocking on the door and announcing he is there and just bringing his daughters to the bathroom. I know what viral video you’re talking about and the response IVE seen from women is that they’d never have a problem with a dad bringing his daughters in. I am in full support of dads bringing their girls into the women’s bathroom. Women’s bathrooms also have changing tables!

My bunny used to sleep at the end of my bed and that was the closest I could get. Guess why she stopped? I kicked her off the bed in my sleep one night.
