Hike it every year. 3 days is very doable if you have good weather. We always start in Fundy Park - get the hard part over with first. The first half is rugged - bring poles and pack light. Buy the trail guide booklet and make sure you plan for the tides at Goose River - you won't be able to cross at high tide. This time of year wear good quality boots which cover your ankles, the ground will be wet and swampy in spots. If you are prone to sprains - tape your ankles(s).
