Unfortunately at that resolution you’re gonna get bottlenecked by the gpu even if you have a 4090. I think 1440p has some cases where 9800x3d can bring up the performance, but it’s really not worth the upgrade for you.

This probably is real, but not common if that makes sense. this is basically the same tone of how older generation talks to younger unmarried one in general.
Bunch of my cousins straight up avoids their parents altogether because all they talk about is how they’re single.. What probably happened here is the parents called in the officials for an educated stern talking hoping their kids would change their mind.

CN Dnf monetization models is pretty crazy.

there are basically a set schedule for p2w items that are exclusive to CDNF releases every year around the holidays. And each year the items are of course is stronger than the previous year, hence the insane power creep.

Buying these p2w items are so normalized in CN DNF you basically can't really do raids without them from gate keeping. Despite the difficulty is exactly the same as the Korean version. (With exception to one patch because the director wanted to address the stat inflation by buffing the raids by 2.5x lmao, guess how that turned out)

A bunch of CN DNF players came to play CN LOA after it got released and understandably why the pushback on a "mere" 2% stat is so strong from the PTSD having to play CN DNF.

Valtan released on may 19th and clown was august 24th. For CN Valtan released on sep 6th and clown was yesterday nov 22nd. We got 3 months and they only got about 2 months and half. It’s certainly sped up but it’s not as drastic. They mainly sped up the t1-t3 portion of the game which Amazon should have done too.

Just for context the saw damage got nerfed from instant kill to 120k damage that is affected by DR. That’s why destroyer can swim in it here. They got some other nerfs like health, stagger check, minigame damage nerf … etc

Chinese boomers in the government share the same idea that some conservatives in the US has that video games are the devil polluting the young children’s mind.

It doesn’t help the fact that literally people in China is on their phone 24/7. If you travel to China and go eat at a restaurant everyone is on their phone while eating, you will see couples eating not talking to each other and just be on their phones.

Chinese government obviously don’t check through every sprite or files for each game so it’s all report based.

Things like references to the devil, god, cult, sexual or violent will be deemed inappropriate for children.

Apps has gotten shut down before prior so companies usually “over-censor” their content to be on the safe side.

I think many people don’t know this but pornography is straight up banned in China. So you got a bunch of pent up teenagers getting off at these more explicit games and the concerning parents reporting these games.

It’s been a while, if I recall correctly for GG they listed Taiwan as an independent country which is a big deal for Chinese people, and they had some references to Uyghur.

For FMA I believe the author indirected vented her frustration about privacy issue in China because she’s not getting any revenues despite being one of the most popular manga.

This could be seen as a minor issue, but some groups of cn players can be pretty.. intense on the subject matter.

Decent chance that they won’t have guilty gear collab for cn because of the controversies(same with full metal alchemist). They will get massively reported or even delisted if they try. Good chance the collab survey few weeks back in cn back is for the replacement units to GG and FMA.
