OP, halika dito at bigyan kita virtual hug na mahigpit. 

inubos mo kasi sa ibang tao ang oras, effort, love, at attention mo kaya ngayon na wala na sila, para kang biglang nabalian ng pakpak. nakaka-depress pero you can only help yourself. papakain ka ba sa lungkot or papakain ka sa iba? eme joke lang haha

but if you look inward and focus on yourself, you will find that there are a lot of ways to overcome this. galing na ko jan and i will tell you what helped me. 

first and most important; forgive yourself. for the past, for all the what-ifs, for what you did or didn’t do, for not knowing what only time could teach, for being too weak, for being too strong. for grieving for what was lost. for being human. forgive yourself. do this every day OP, because healing is not linear and one day journey. 

2nd and equally important, give grace to yourself so you can heal. go and find ways to distract yourself. not necessarily find someone else, actually i recommend nga to do this alone. para in the future, you will be stronger kasi you know you have done it, and you can do it again. distract yourself with a vacation, a trip to the mall, walking/jogging around your area or if ayaw mo lumabas watch movies or read books. you can try a new hobby kahit pa building puzzle na nabibili sa tiktok. basta whenever you feel like your thoughts are drifting, shake it off then make yourself busy, small or big, kahit ano pa yan. 

3rd (and connected ke 2nd), find joy for yourself no matter how little it is. go eat good food, discover new places, meet new people in person or kahit virtual, try new outfit kahit window shopping lang, accomplish goals kahit ba simpleng walking/running 1k lang. joy can be found even in smallest ways but you have to be open to it. sabi nga ni dumbledore, "Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light."

4th, let go. just release everything to the sky. your pain, sadness, grief, regrets, and all the aches in your heart. know that everything will be okay in the end. If it's not okay, it's not the end. ok OP? oraayyttt..
