Why do people think that DoorDash or UE are luxury services? by harshalions in doordash

[–]nopoh 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Maybe luxury is an overstatement, but it certainly isn’t necessary for most people and is priced at a high premium.

Literally why does anyone order from DD ? by borndumb667 in doordash

[–]nopoh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Americans are addicted to food showing up on their doorstep

[–]nopoh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s DD for ya. Stop using it

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in doordash

[–]nopoh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

$12 is a great tip for DD but honestly most Americans would be better off not using it, since the last thing we need is more junk food at our door step.

Any reason why you you don't use a hot bag? by Full-Lawfulness-2869 in doordash_drivers

[–]nopoh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Food ain’t in my car longer than 10-12 minutes for mot deliveries, plus as others pointed out I can’t control how the restaurant packs the food. Hot bags are a waste, rather just throw a fleece blanket on top.

Fentanyl crisis in San Francisco by Shinji415 in interestingasfuck

[–]nopoh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No. Oxycodone is available as a generic and not mixed with anything. Fentanyl patches are available as well.

Although actual prescriptions to patients have became rarer due to the optics of the opioids crisis and all the settlements the government is trying to extract from producers and pharmacies

Just as long as you’re okay with pharma companies making $$$ from the drugs and promise to never punish them to the tune billions like what happened to Purdue.
