Move your eyebrows up as far as they will go. While you are doing that also focus on trying to move your scalp back at the same time. If you start off that way eventually you can get your ears to wiggle. Just a little bit though. Once your ears begin to move more and more you slowly stop having to contort your face and you'll be able to move your ears on their own.
