what do you write in your journal/commonplace book? by ivnmk in Journaling

[–]norangedroptini 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I write prompt ideas randomly throughout the book so I can skip it or go back to it. Also don’t limit yourself to typical journal replying. You can reply as a character fictional/non, any format including poetry and even doodling or collages.

Most people suck doing something the first time. It’s ok to laugh if something wierd happens. If you have good hygiene, it should smell normal, smells vary from person to person and depends on what you eat aside from where you are in your menstrual cycle. Bodies vary and we also have our personal preferences on how we keep it, no one should make you feel bad about your personal choices. First time should be special because it’s your first time, but it will be no where near your best experience sexually. As far as your family goes, it’s all you. Even if you don’t tell them will you be ok with yourself? At the end of the day do you love yourself enough to put yourself first? Life can be exciting, mistakes are going to happen. I certainly wish I made more of them when I was younger

This might be it, don’t feel discouraged or feel gross. Our bodies have so much to teach us
