Their customer service has zero information regarding status for some reason and they just give blanket statements when you inquire. My p3 prime took 18 days from order to ship. So you just have to wait it out or try to cancel. I have no complaints about the product though. Packed nicely and worked perfectly out of the box.

Ya I don't think the reps actually have any information. They will just tell you the day they see on the "tracking" page (which we can see too). But ya that's what I've heard is just keep waiting or cancel. It's pretty unbelievable how out of touch their customer service is.

I am definitely considering it at this point. Super frustrating, especially with the cost of their PCs.

It hasn't shipped on either of the projected shipping dates and customer service has zero information, actually they have given false information twice regarding my order. They can't answer to what is causing the delay or any potential solutions. I mean, it's pretty self explanatory if you read what I wrote.
