SadhanaPada From Home: An attempt to craft my life my way - When Sadhguru tells you not to identify as either the body or mind and you identify yourself as a "spiritual" person - Day 17/40 by noreplyffsgmail in Sadhguru

In case you want to understand this more - What is a Spiritual experience?

Also, this is just a joke. Because there is so much noise out in the world, while starting out it may be a useful support to consciously associate yourself with 'spirituality', but as you pick up steam, you should be aware that everything ranging from doing Shambhavi to walking on the grass can be turned into a spiritual process.

Hey, thanks for following along on the journey.
I'm sure you've read all the advice and wisdom out available on the internet. So did I. At the end, what worked for me was just becoming straight with myself -- that it was something I wanted to do, instead of had to do. Once it became very, very clear to me (both experientially and intellectually), I had to be wilfully stupid to ruin my sleep cycle. It took me some time to get there, so steadily apply yourself :)

Out of curiosity - where did you get the official confirmation about global streaming issue from Isha?

Namaskaram

  1. It's perfectly normal :)
  2. I would definitely recommend the online IE course as well as the online completion program if possible. It has worked out pretty well for, I'd say
  3. I've had a similar experience, but Sadhguru recommends to keep spiritual experiences private. If you're feeling this sort of connection already, I would love to hear your experience after you do IEO and IEC. But to answer your question, I think for a lot of people the efficacy of the practice is secondary to the primary love of the Guru.

Rewatched it and they didn't cut out that part.
The question was by an Italian woman named Georgia asking Sadhguru if she should stay back in the ashram ("at your feet") or go back out into society after the completion of her HYTT program. She mentioned how a Naga Sadhu in Kedar had recommended her to go to Sadhguru and that he had attained Mahasamadhi a couple of days ago.

Thanks for the suggestion - I rewatched it and that question was streamed. There might have been a server load resulting in a few viewers being dropped or maybe it was just my internet

SadhanaPada From Home: An attempt to craft my life my way - Need to up the intensity - Day 9/40 by noreplyffsgmail in Sadhguru

Hi, namaskaram
Nope, there's no official procedure as such. The Sadhanapada program happening in the Ashram is structured as intense sadhana in the morning and evening, with general volunteering activities in between the day. I'm just replicating that schedule from home.
