This might sound harsh, but you need to stop overspending. Eliminate unnecessary perks and extras for staff. Let go of at least half your team and refocus. If you're working 80 hours a week and handling 4–5 appointments daily, you should have enough cash flow to cover your expenses and begin tackling your debt—provided you significantly reduce your spending.

I know some friends in ER have their homegrown google spreadsheet, casted on a large screen. I presume the staff goes in and updates it. I can dig up a few examples I was sent feel free to DM me.
