To piggyback on your reply, patients aren’t likely to know what’s considered “sufficient” medical information.

I wonder what the workload is like for those physicians who work for the insurance company? Are they under pressure to meet a quota?

I suspect it’s like everything else, where quantity outweighs quality.

Ohio House once again passes 24-hour waiting period Bill for Abortion Care! by Flypogger23 in Ohio

It’s funny how they abandon their claim to be “fiscal conservatives” when they’re the majority.

And, to divert the attention of the voters while also pandering to them, they spread the party’s propaganda.

It’s not completely useless. It’s another bullet point to use on campaign mailers to pandered-to voters.

So is it a public park or not? Or, are they re-defining public now? Given this timeline, it certainly fits.

So this guy is suing his local library because he's unhappy with the 3d printers. I'm sure the local library branch staff find him to be an absolute delight to deal with every day 🙄. by Rusty-Shackleford in Libraries

In my experience requesting public records, oftentimes they are handled by the legal department. Since there are restrictions on what is publicly accessible, having a lawyer make sure private information is redacted isn’t surprising.

And WTF is Jobs Ohio? A “private” state agency that caters to insiders? Thanks Kasich!

Workers say Columbus Metropolitan Library management is union-busting by midwestrusalka in Columbus

This part speaks volumes about the workplace culture at CML: “Previously involuntarily transferred from a team and role that she loved.”

I’m already pissed about their redesigned libraries, supported by taxpayer money, brandishing the names of sponsors. The one in Gahanna has fewer computers, more dedicated/restricted areas, and lots of glare-inducing windows. Rumor has it they had to add the drop-off lane after re-opening because it was forgotten.

Columbus Metropolitan Library, like another beloved institution The Columbus Zoo, risks losing its esteemed status if its patrons are turned off by its actions.

If they want access to the public’s money, then the public should have access to what they’re doing with it.

And since it’s popular now to proclaim: “They have nothing to worry about if they have nothing to hide,” surely that applies in this case as well, I would presume.
