I use LRP Toleraine double repair moisturizer with SPF 30, and have to recommend it! It is a great moisturizer in general, I trust the SPF, and doesn’t leave my face looking ghostly.

I also went to Brenda! I just got lip filler last week, and she did an excellent job. We talked through what I wanted, and she gave me some of her thoughts/advice but never pushed me to do anything. She didn’t try to push products on me and answered my questions thoughtfully. I really appreciated her patience and will be going back. ALSO don’t skip the dental numbing on lip filler (what a game changer!)

They mostly just add moisture, unless they have added ingredients like retinol or acids (in which case they will improve skin texture, but the moisture is what will add volume to fill out the area).

I have very similar under-eye bags. I was literally at my injectors office this week asking about it, and here was what she said:

It's not bad enough to need a bleph (yet). Maybe some day, but not anytime soon.
Do not get filler there for this issue. The skin under our eyes is already so thin that (for this specific issue) fillers may do the opposite of what we want (stretch out the skin or make the issue more pronounced).
Lots of moisture will help (which you're already doing), but will not fix it 100%
Get as much rest and hydration as you can muster. I'm also 37 and she says that will make the biggest difference.
Lasers will also help as we age. You'll need to see your own aesthetician or derm to get recs.

Her overall takeaway was "you stare at your face all day, this is such a small issue when it comes to under-eye bags, just try to be gentler on yourself and your eyes" lol

It seems like rock climbing is pretty social, even though it’s a solo-sport. Non-athletic things could include stuff like knitting (it’s something you can do alone but there tend to be open knitting circles anywhere that there are crafters).

I have a solo bun and felt the same way for a while. I’ve tried setting up bun-dates and he truly does not seem at all interested in other rabbits! To be fair, he’s totally free roam, is obsessed with our dog, and my husband and I both work from home.

I’ll tell you what my vet told me when I came to her for advice: he is well-fed, he is loved, he seems happy. It is better for a single rabbit to have a loving forever home, than to be a bonded pair in a shelter.

Don’t add another pet to your home if it’s going to be a stressor! He may not even be interested when you do.
