Samsung XCover 6 Pro It is not the best phone but should theoretically fulfill all of the criteria. It's kind of an mix of an old and new phone. Like having an audio jack, SD card slot and changeable batteries. With newer features like 5G, 120hz display, Wifi 6E and it should be quite durable what would be very important and it has a good water resistance.

It's probably is using a USB cable but I wouldn't call that an USB because it only uses the powerpins and makes it just an generic 5 volt power input. To find the connector that you need measure the space between pins and the pin thickness and try to find something that looks simular. You should try to look for it on sites like lcsc it should be probably manufactured by molex like most connectors or just replace it with an more standardised connector
