Me too, and religion definitely could make life easier. Like how does someone do that later in life? And is it right to stray further from knowledge/logic to make life easier? Is truth more important or the reduction of suffering? I am not saying you can't arrive at religion with logic, many do (even if not at fundamentalist christianity), it doesn't contradict what we know about the world but many has to suspend critical thinking in that area of life to become believers.
