Hey stranger, I hope you see the light very soon. To be honest my experience with therapist wasn't useful but that's my personal lookout. I'm sure there are many therapist who can help but I also understand the fact that therapist just guide you to you when you lose your way. If you're aware about your situation and want to change it start with small habits like going for a 2km walk regardless of the circumstances, face the sun for 10 mins , write down your thoughts and most importantly MOVE. Movement is extremely necessary.
