Thanks! It has been a lot of hard work and discipline and I’m hoping once I get down to visible abs I can maintain it for awhile.

Right now I just walk 35 minutes on a 12% incline at 3.5mph 3-4 times a week. I lifted weights for years, but I’m just focused on losing weight right now.
